Lesson 1 Introduction

The food is the fuel of our body. If there is enough fuel that includes everything our body needs, our bodies will function properly for a long time!

  • Many complain that differentiating what is healthy and what is unhealthy is difficult, or they say that healthy foods are expensive.

The truth is that a healthy diet can be both cheap and easy to follow.

To make nutrition easily understandable, instead of listing the benefits of each food item separately, we will group them into 5 food groups and provide general tips on how many to consume.
